1. The Service

Smart IPTV Stream is a media player only. It lets you load and play your own IPTV playlist (Xtream Codes or M3U/M3U8) with features such as EPG, favorites, subtitles, continue-watching and multi-screen. We do not provide, sell, host or supply any channels, streams or media content, and we have no control over the content you access.

2. Your content & lawful use

You are solely responsible for the playlists and streams you add and for ensuring you have the legal right to access them. You agree to use the Service only for content you are lawfully entitled to view, and to comply with all applicable laws. You must not use the Service to access, distribute or facilitate access to pirated, infringing or otherwise illegal content.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at info@smartiptvstream.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Payment, trial & Pro

The Service offers a free trial and a one-time payment for lifetime Pro. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Cleeng). Pro unlocks the app's features for the account/device it is applied to. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Refunds

If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us at info@smartiptvstream.com and we will help. Refunds are handled in line with the applicable consumer law and our payment provider's terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.
• Do not disrupt, overload or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and brand, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Because the channels and streams come from your own provider, we do not warrant that any particular stream will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the content, quality or legality of third-party streams.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party content or from your inability to access a stream. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
